1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AttendQuick. By registering for, logging into, or using the School Portion of the AttendQuick mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AttendQuick (School Portion) is a cloud-synchronized school administrative system (using Google Cloud / Firebase and Render). The platform streamlines attendance recording and communication within school entities.

Features vary based on role levels, including creating school profiles, classes, rosters, daily student attendance monitoring, correction workflow approvals, and emergency broadcasts.

3. Registration & Account Security

A. Authentication methods

You can create an account using Sign in with Google or via Email/Password credentials. When signing in using Google, we pull name, email, and avatar links to simplify profile creation.

B. Credential Confidentiality

You are completely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential (including your Google OAuth logins and local tokens). You agree to notify us immediately of any security leak or breach.

C. Data Accuracy

Users must submit accurate, truthful, and updated details during registration (especially school registration names and roles).

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized school actions.
• Deliberately falsify attendance sheets or log parameters.
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise server channels hosted on Google Cloud, Firebase, or Render.
• Submit malicious scripts, trojans, or execute reverse engineering tasks on the app's compiled binaries.
• Falsely register as a Principal or Owner of an institution without verified authority.

6. Account Deletions & Cascade Operations

Users hold absolute rights to remove their files and logins at any point via the Settings dashboard in the application:

• Teacher Deletion: Instantly deletes user auth credentials and profile entries.
• Principal Deletion (Cascade): Due to the relational structure, deleting a Principal's account initiates a cascade deletion that permanently removes the school profile, student records, teacher profiles, and all attendance logs from the cloud database.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AttendQuick utilizes Firebase's free tier and Render servers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data synchronization, or warning notifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by the governing law, the Attend Quick Development Team shall not be liable for any loss of attendance logs, school directory entries, or subsequent operational disruption.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
